Ingredients

1 cup Chopped cooked shrimp

2 tbsp.  Masago (fish roe)

½ cup Japanese mayonnaise

Sriracha sauce (up to your spicy level)

6 cooked mussels (note: Jak buys them frozen and boils them)

Recipe

1. Mix chopped cooked shrimp with masago (fish roe), Japanese mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce.

2. Put the mixture on the top of cooked mussels.

3. Then, the fun part! Torch them all (until the mixture is burnt, starts showing bubbles, and smells delicious).
